1 lb lost today - that is the bright note.

woke up late... alarm clock didn't go off... so I am freaking out. I wasn't able to shower or anything for work... I hate that.
I have to shower and wash my hair everyday.
But oh well here I am nasty at work. bleh
Eating my apple for breakfast ...
Then 4 oz of chicken and salad for lunch.
it is going to be a long day....
but my baby is coming home today ... wooh oooo
